Our Environmental Impact

Be Kind to the Environment at Beggshill Bothy

We make every effort to ensure the Bothy is as kind to the environment as it can be whilst staying practical, as well as being kind to our septic tank!

All our general cleaning products are eco-friendly, and we refill where we can. We thank you for not bringing bleach etc into our world.

We do not champion single use sachets of coffee, sugar and sauces nor shampoo and shower gel - so yes some basic provisions may have been used by someone else. If you would like us to remove anything, please just ask politely.

We provide undyed toilet roll (thank you to a guest for that tip!)

We use Faith in Nature/Ecover products on all laundry.
